Hey guys hope you are having an amazing day/night

We are in November it is almost the end of 2018 so its time to declutter and change all the bad habits and replace them with beneficial habits

Today I am giving you tips to stop procrastinating and finish all your tasks: feel fresh ready and motivated for 2019

So let’s start

Planning or a small todo list

Always make a todo list to get things done easily

Cause when you have everything written and planned your mind won’t be full and overthinking so you are going to be productive.

Take short breaks

Personally, I used to work without taking breaks and that was terrible cause all I was thinking of is when I will finish my work and that is affecting it

So I recommend a 20-10 method

You do a task for 20 mins then stop and take a break to stretch read a book to take some fresh air then get back to work

Put away distraction

All source of distraction such as mobile tv even computer take them away

Create a workspace that doesn’t include those stuff or turn off your mobile

If you are like me and you need your computer to work just block all social media and sources of distraction to you

Sleep well

Sleep is so important to our physical and mental health

So getting enough sleep does improve your productivity and help you stop procrastinating

Stop trying to be a multitasker

Trying to be a perfectionist or a multitasker won’t help you be successful or productive it will break you down and affect your motivation

so instead of that do one task alone and take your time doing it

Prioritize your tasks

I usually use the 1 2 3 method

So I set one most important task that takes time or energy or is urgent

Then 2 medium tasks that are less important than the first

And finally, 3 not important tasks that are easy and quick

Create a stress-free environment around you

Create a space where you won’t be distracted easily like a workspace that is calm and motivating

You can decorate it with cute visual boards or little fairy lights or put an essential oil diffuser

Be creative with it

Declutter and detox social media inspiring ppl stay away from negative ppl

Social media now is becoming very dangerous

Especially Instagram because it is becoming a competition of whose imaginary life better then whilome so that can be very toxic

I suggest you take one day off the declutter and unfollow all uninspiring people from all your social media

That will help you stay motivated and focus and so productive

And finally, learn to Reward yourself

You can buy yourself a gift or delicious food or go for walk at the sunset

Or have a nice evening with friends

You can find many rewards, as usual, be creative
