Again today I am giving tips that will help you during this new scholar year.
Todays article is about hacks to become a morning person.
Waking up early can make your life make your life much easier by having a longer day than usual so you are able to do more tasks and be more productive.
And here’s few simple hacks that will help you so much even you are not really feeling into it:
1 start tracking your sleep :
Use and application to track your sleep.
That will help you schedule it and have perfect 8 hours of sleep (not for everyone it depends on your need).
I already suggested an app to track many things not only your sleep check my blog for it.
2 shut down your devices one hour before sleeping
If you work on your computer phone tablette ect.. or you have ben watching tv or just using any device, its recommended to turn it off so you can have a peaceful sleep and so your brain wont be demageded by the devices. Its is scientifically related. So try not using your phone for an hour before bed.
3 prepare a morning routine
Morning routines are so special to me cause whenever I am lost and I am still sleepy I just look at my check list/printable morning routine ro remember what I should prepare.
So I suggest preparing a morning routine and test it so you can know exactly how much time does it take to get ready in the morning

4 take off the snooze button
Snooze button is your ennemi guys
Don’t trust it plus if you are tired and you take a 3 minutes nap it wont help you. It will make it worst cause you will be more tired than when you immediately woke up so just turn off the snooze button.
5 stretch
Stretching is so important it will wake your body up and you ll feel much refreshed. You can do sports (check my home workout routine article) , if you are not a real morning person its okay. You can just stretch a little bit for at least one minute.
6 drink water
As soon as you wake up, drink water
It will wake you up plus it helps your metabolism in general and will hydrate you too . WATER IS SO BENEFITIAL so just drink at least one cup
If you feel extra add lemon juice or apple vinegar to it
7 but the alarm far from your bed
If you have an alarm that is perfect, just put it across the room
If your phone is your alarm just put it away (not next to your bed even to charge it )
So when it starts ringing you will be obliged you get up and turn it off so you ll wake up automatically.
8 plan your tomorrow today
The best way to become a morning person is being planned and orginazed
So just plan your tomorrow today, how ? very easy
Make a planner or even a small note and write down all your to-do lists events tasks shopping list everything so your mind will be lighter and you wont have many to think about and the next morning you are totally fine: everything is ready and planned.
9 make your bed immediately.
research proved that making your bed as soon as you wake up is very healthy and motivational
You wont have a messy room cause mainly if the bed is a mess the room is a mess too.
And if you make your bed logically you wont get back to bed and you will feel ready to start a bright new day
10 read or exercise
If you are like me a morning person ( I love sleeping but waking up early is much better)
You can wake up one hour or half an hour before the normal waking up time
Just to read and exercise
Last year I tried this method to exercise cause I could go to the gym
And it totally worked even to be more ready to have a great day and be more productive
You can also read a little bit it will open your mind to get it set for the day
“ and if I am not morning person, what should I do?”
You can read before bed too
As much as you can, it will help you sleep better and get ride of the stress of the day
exercising too may be good before bed to help your body relax and get unready.
