Today I am going to present you the most delicious healthy breakfast ideas

breakfast is the most important meal it give up the energy and boost it to be productive the entire day

So here few easy recipes that you can make to enjoy a mesmerizing breakfast  and have the best day ever

 

Pancakes

Our first recipe is banana pancakes:

All you need is

1 banana

2 eggs

2 cups of oats

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp salt

1 cup of milk

Put the ingredients in a blender

Blend them all together then

Heat a large pan  over medium heat

Cook it until set and lightly golden

Flip carefully with a thin spatula and cook until browned the other side

Oat meals

To prepare this oat meal there are 2 options

1 overnight oatmeal

You can prepare then the night before so you don’t have to cook breakfast the next morning

Ingredients:

½ cup oats

½ cup of milk

¼ cup natural yogurt ( greek yougurt)

1 packet hot chocolate

First mix them well

The refrigerate overnight

2 quick fresh oatmeal

Here is my favourite recipe

You need:

½ cup oats

One yogurt of your choice ( rather greek yogurt)

Any fruit you have at you house but I usually but bananas apple and grapes ( weird mixture but delicious)

Omlette  with veggies

I always have been obsessed with omelette

I can eat them at anytime and eggs has a big amount of protein you’ll need to start your day

And adding veggies is just perfect

You need:

2 eggs

Pinch of salt

1 tomato

1 small onion

1 pepper

Basilica and spinach

A little bit of oil

You can add other vegetables like cooked potato or cucumber 

 Start with cutting the veggies and put them in a pan over a low heat

Add salt and pepper

Add the eggs and mix them ( you can add cheese”optional”)

Nb: don’t cook it too much

Serve it in a plat and enjoy

Milkshake

If you don’t have time to take breakfast home you can always prepare this marvelous milkshake and take it with you in a transportable cup

All you need is :

A banana

1 tbsp of vanilla extract

1 cup milk

4 scoops vanilla ice cream

You can add peaches, apples, strawberries…

Put the ingredients in a blender

Mix them well

Serve them in your cup and enjoy
