Hey everyone welcome back to my blog.

Today I am sharing with you my pamper routine, one of the easiest ways to feel comfortable stress free and so relaxed.

It has simple steps but I actually feel so comfortable after doing this self-care session.

So I always start with preparing tea :

Tea has lots of benefits it’s a natural detox for our body plus it helps with relaxation.

You can prepare any type just the one that suits you. You can add honey if you like it sweet but don’t add sugar.

If you are not a tea person you can make refreshing infused water. You can find many ideas on pintrest but the green infused water is my favorite.

You need: water, ice, cucumber, fresh mint and lemon.

Then I just put on a relaxing music, it will calm you.

You can make your own playlist or choose one on spotify or YouTube.

But I like to listen to classic piano music like Mozart or Beethoven.

If I feel extra ill just make a hair mask which is basically made with oils and I put on a face mask (natural mask usually) .

I’ll leave them while I am taking my bath.

For you bath you can add bath bomb its is so cute and smells so good which again will help you relax .

I add candles I like them a lot and they just make you feel so good (romance vibes).

After enjoying a warm bath it’s time to exfoliate my body with natural scrub (sugar coffee and olive oil) .

I love the smell of the coffee and it works perfectly on sensible skin .

Then I just take off my hair and face masks and shampoo my hair then add a hair conditioner and leave it for a while.

I finish my shower with a body gel.

I always choose to put on comfy clothes after pamper routine so I can sit and do my skin routine which I already posted an article about it my skin routine

Finally if I feel extra I just enjoy watching Netflix and do a manicure session.
