Water is a necessity to our lives to have a flawless skin be healthy and stay in good shape.
The amount of drinking water depends on: your environment, your weight, activity and many other things. And there is a way to know that;
“Weight in lbs x 2/3 = oz “
So personally its 56×2/=34,67 oz
This is almost 1.03 liters of water

And it is better to drink more but this amount is necessary for my body
So here are few ways to be able to drink more water than usual
-Have a bottle next to you always
Usually when I am home I and I always have my bottle of water next to me so whenever I feel tired thirsty or even when I just look at it I immediately drink water
-have a water tracking app
I have mentioned in my top application that I use daily about Samsung health wish is the app that I use to track my water
You can also upload any other applications on the play store or apple store there are many but I use Samsung health cause it has multiple functions not only tracking water.
–drink a cup of water in the morning immediately
As I said I always have a bottle of water with me so when it is time for bed I fill it and put it on my desk or my vanity or even next to the bed
So whenever I feel thirsty during the night or when I wake up in the morning I drink water immediately
-Get a cute bottle water so you can take anywhere with you
This hack is kind of funny. Because we like fancy things so when you have a cute bottle (rather not plastic) it is obvious that we will like to take it wherever we go; gym, school, or even when you are going out
So this hacks work perfectly so get a cute portable water bottle
Ps: this is good for the environment too so we stop using too much plastic bottles
-Drink after going to the rest room to hydrate yourself
This is important because whenever you go to the restroom you lose water so don’t forget to rehydrate yourself after going to the restroom
-Drink water before 30 min of every meal
Well this looks weird but when you drink water not right before a meal but just few minutes before it is good because you are filling you body with water so first you are hydrated
Second it is good for digestion
And third you want to eat a huge amount of food wish is great sometimes you want to feel too hungry
-Drink water when you feel hungry
Sometimes you don’t know if you are hungry or just thirsty. So whenever you feel hungry and it has been just one hour since your last meal this is probably cause you are thirsty
Drink water then
-drink more fruit and veggies smoothies
I can’t tell you how much I love smoothies
And that’s why I always make smoothies before going to the gym or a snack or even breakfast
It is hydrating and nourishing your body
Also it’s rich with vitamins iron fiber protein and many good things
I will give maybe few smoothies recipes easy to make
-Infused water
If you are like me it is okay to drink water without adding anything I like the taste of water
But some of you don’t
So I suggest adding a little piece of fresh lemon or mint
Or maybe fruits to your water
It will taste better and you will still be hydrated
Last tip
-Drink water after workout
It is basically like going to the restroom
You lose a lot of water when you sweat so I highly recommend drink water while workout and after it
